By accessing or using our Services (including through WhatsApp or any other messaging platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are acting on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use the AI assistant to generate or share offensive, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Engage in abusive behavior or harass others via our platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our technology.
• Circumvent safety filters or moderation systems in place.

4. WhatsApp Integration

By interacting with our AI assistant on WhatsApp, you understand and agree that:

• Your phone number and interaction data may be used to provide the service.
• Data may be shared with our clients (businesses you contact through WhatsApp) to respond to your inquiries.
• You are responsible for any information you share via chat.

We do not use your messages or phone number for unsolicited marketing.

5. Payment and Credits (If Applicable)

• Processed securely via trusted third-party gateways.
• Non-refundable, unless required by law or in the case of billing errors.
• Not stored directly by Unyde.

6. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of any content (text, images, or data) you provide. However, by using the Services, you grant Unyde a limited, revocable license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested functionality.

We do not use user-uploaded content for training AI models or any secondary purpose without explicit consent.

7. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, store, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in prohibited, abusive, or illegal behavior.
• Required by applicable law or law enforcement.

We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Services at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Unyde is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses arising from reliance on AI-generated responses.
• User misconduct or violations of applicable laws.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unyde, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Modifications to the Terms

Unyde may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via our website, app, or messaging channel. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
