One asset register
Machines, operators and workers are registered once and shared by every discipline.
Registered once · used everywhereFleet, payload, fuel, dispatch and safety on one platform. Unyde installs the equipment, runs the network and keeps the record, from the pit floor to the ERP.

The starting point
Trackers, fuel sensors, bowsers, weighbridges and payload systems usually come from different vendors and report to different screens. Unyde One reads them through open interfaces and keeps them on one asset register, so fuel, trips and tonnes can be compared for the same machine and shift.

Every device reports to the same asset register, so a litre, a tonne and a trip can be read against the same machine and shift. Each discipline keeps its colour across dashboards, reports and alerts.
Position, cycles, idle time and operator, per machine.
Onboard weighing on loaders, excavators and tippers.
Calibrated tank sensing, refuels and drains.
RFID authorisation and metered fills at the bowser.
RFID gates, weighbridge, transit passes and SAP.
Collision avoidance and worker location.
Hybrid 4G and LoRaWAN network for the pit.
Dashboards, shift reports and exception queues.
02Reconciliation
The bowser records what it issued. The tank sensor records what the machine burned. On one record, the difference is reported per machine and per shift, with the time it occurred.

03Your journey
From paper records to cross-site planning. Each stage has its own page: open the one closest to your operation.
04Case studies
Every machine matched to its telematics, tank sensor and bowser hardware, on a network that keeps the lower benches reporting.
One RFID read as a truck reaches the gate starts its transit pass, its e-way bill and the SAP delivery and billing chain.
The same fleet reporting the group runs in India, read from site and from head office, with fuel reconciliation through flowmeters as the second phase.
05Clients and partners
Unyde works with Dalmia Cement, JSPL, Lloyds Metals and Energy, NTPC, Vedanta and Adani Natural Resources, on equipment from the manufacturers below.
06Global
Unyde One is developed in India for the conditions it works in: deep open pits, heat and dust, limited network coverage and fleets from many manufacturers. Current work spans India and Mozambique.
Operations today: iron ore, coal and limestone.
